  • When a consumer downloads the Oiyaa app they receive an individual QR code.
  • The consumer searches on Oiyaa for local businesses to visit.
  • Before paying, Oiyaa consumers present their Oiyaa QR code to the business.
  • The business scans the QR code for the discount available at that business, for that consumer, at that time. The discount is applied and the price charged is reduced in real time.
  • The business collects payment using their payment device.
  • The reduced amount is sent to the payment app.
  • Alternatively the business can use their standalone payment device if using Oiyaa ’s non- integrated Retailer App.
  • If a consumer makes an online transaction with an Oiyaa business via the Oiyaa app or website then no QR code scanning is required.

  • When placing an order for delivery, users will see a delivery address after selecting ‘for delivery’ – users can simply click on the box and change the address.

  • If there is an issue with the items received or your order is late or missing delivery, please contact the retailer directly. If you feel the retailer hasn’t resolved the issue in a satisfactory manner please contact Oiyaa.

  • Absolutely! To leave a review, login to your Oiyaa account and navigate via the website or mobile application. The first way to leave a review is by finding the retailer on either website or application and going into their page, click on review and rate your experience out of five stars. The second way to leave a review would be by logging in, navigating to your order history and selecting the relevant order.
